31 Man Chipu Squad Heads To Camp
The Kenya U20 national side has been trimmed to 31 players as they head to camp this weekend as they intensify their preparation for this year’s Africa U20 Championship in Madagascar mid this month.
Team Manager Jimmy Mnene, speaking to Kenya Rugby on Tuesday, said,” The players are upbeat as we head into camp. The focus at the end of the day is to perform better than we did last year, that means beating Zimbabwe in our first game on 20 April. It won’t be easy but the team is focused .”
He further indicated that the final squad of 25 will be announced on Wednesday 12 April.
