Crusaders announce side to take on Brumbies
Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder has dropped Chris Jack to the bench for their vital Super 14 clash in Christchurch on Friday.
Sam Whitelock comes in to replace the All Black veteran in the second row in one of three changes to the side which narrowly lost to the Bulls in the last round.
Owen Franks returns to the side at tighthead with brother Ben Franks shifting across to loosehead and Wyatt Crockett dropping to the bench.
Kahn Fotuali’i has been axed for disciplinary reasons and this gives Andy Ellis his first start in some time after dropping out of favour for the scrumhalf berth.
