Some of Canterbury’s best emerging rugby talent will be on display at Christchurch Park tomorrow, with the Canterbury Colts playing Otago Development in the South Island Invitational Final at 1pm.

The Canterbury Colts have won all four of their games in the South Island Invitational tournament so far, and qualified for the final by finishing as top qualifiers in the northern section of the tournament. Otago Development finished top of the Southern Section, and beat the northern section’s second top qualifiers, Tasman B, in their Semi Final in Dunedin last weekend.

The Canterbury Colts will be looking to turn around last year’s results, after Otago Development took out the final by 33 points to 29 against Canterbury Metro in 2012. The Canterbury Colts last won the tournament in 2011.

Entry to the game at Christchurch Park is free.
