RFU Disciplinary: De Carpentier citing dismissed
RICHARD DE CARPENTIER (Worcester Warriors) is free to play on after the citing case against him was dismissed by an RFU disciplinary hearing tonight.
De Carpentier had been charged with making contact with the eyes/eye area of an opponent, Northampton’s Calum Clark, contrary to Law 10(4)(m), in the Aviva Premiership match between the sides on November 30.
He was found not guilty by the panel of Mike Hamlin (Chair), Austin Newman and Adrienne Lucking sitting at the Coventry Holiday Inn (J2, M6).
