The Perth Spirit has today unveiled their 2014 strip with Principal Partner, the Property Club, to feature across the front of the jersey and AFEX coming on board as the shorts partner.
The jersey design took into consideration the strong support of keeping the black and gold colours whilst giving it a modern touch with the subtle grey against the traditional black hoops. The splash of blue under the colour symbolises the pathway the competition provides to the Western Force.
The Property Club has joined the Perth Spirit and RugbyWA for three years while AFEX comes on board for two years.
RugbyWA CEO, Mark Sinderberry, has welcomed the support of the Property Club and AFEX to the Perth Spirit and RugbyWA.
“The National Rugby Championship provides us with the opportunity to continue developing our Western Force players in a high level competition, as well as provide opportunities for the local Western Australian players to gain greater experience,” he said. “This will essentially broaden our base of players that are available to the Western Force and continue our focus on building our local player pool in WA.
“We are pleased to have the support of the Property Club, a Western Australian local business, on board to assist us in building future Western Force players and to develop a mutually beneficial relationship over the next three years.
“We also welcome AFEX on a two-year relationship, building the future of rugby in Western Australia.”
Joondalup Branch Manager of the Property Club, Garth Davis, has been a strong supporter of the rugby in Western Australia through his sponsorship of the Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Football Club.
“I am extremely excited and proud of this opportunity to be a partner with Perth Spirit and RugbyWA,” Davis said.
“Property Club is passionate about Property, passionate about Rugby and passionate about empowering our WA community so this is a great fit for us.
“It is great to be a WA business supporting our WA rugby team.”
AFEX provides global payment and risk management solutions on an international scale and are an active member of the communities they operate in.
“AFEX is incredibly pleased to support and sponsor the Perth Spirit and wish them great success in the National Rugby Championship,” said Neil Craven, State Manager – Western Australia.
“As an active member in the communities in which we operate, we are very excited to be aligned with the Perth Spirit over the next two years and supporting WA Rugby.”
