BRENDAN McKIBBIN of London Irish will appear at an RFU disciplinary hearing this evening (Tuesday) following his dismissal for stamping on Henry Thomas (Bath Rugby), contrary to law 10.4(b), during Aviva Premiership Rugby Round  4.

The panel of Jeremy Summers (chair), Aidan O’Brien and Inigo Churchill will hear the case at the London Bloomsbury Inn (6pm)

Lorenzo Cittadini of Wasps will appear (6.45pm) following his dismissal for punching Gloucester Rugby’s Billy Twelvetrees, contrary to law 10.4(a).

Jacques Burger of Saracens will appear after receiving two Citing Commissioner Warnings (CCW) for acts contrary to good sportsmanship, contrary to law 10.4(m).

Burger is charged with punching or striking Alex Waller, contrary to law 10.4(a), and charging into a ruck, contrary to law 10.4(h), in the match against Northampton Saints.

David Halaifonua (Gloucester Rugby) will appear at an RFU disciplinary hearing on Wednesday following his dismissal for a dangerous tackle on Wasps’ Bradley Davies, contrary to law 10.4(e).

The panel of Sir James Dingemans (chair), Gareth Graham and David Lidbury will hear the case at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn (6.30pm) along with that of Riccardo Brugnara (Leicester Tigers), who has been cited following his yellow card for kicking Jack Yeandle of Exeter Chiefs, contrary to law 10.4(c).
