BNZ Crusaders team to play the Hurricanes
The BNZ Crusaders will play their final game of the regular season in front of a home crowd this Saturday night, when they take on the Hurricanes at AMI Stadium.
Head Coach Todd Blackadder has made three changes to the side that beat the Rebels last weekend. Prop Wyatt Crockett moves back into the starting fifteen, shifting Alex Hodgman onto the bench. Jimmy Tupou will move from number 8 to 6 this week, with captain Kieran Read coming back into the team.
As this is the last guaranteed home game for the BNZ Crusaders, a number of Crusaders who are moving on at the end of the season will be acknowledged at the game. Supporters are asked to stick around at the conclusion of the match to join in saying thanks to those players moving on and to the departing Head Coach, Todd Blackadder.
The BNZ Crusaders and Hurricanes kick off at 5:15pm on Saturday night at Christchurch’s AMI Stadium. Tickets are available through www.ticketdirect.co.nz, ph. 0800 224 224 or visit participating branches of The Warehouse. Ticket purchasers are encouraged to also fill up at Mobil this week so that they can enter the Mobil Golden Boots halftime competition and kick their way to $250k – more information is available at www.goldenboots.co.nz
