BUILDCORP NRC – WEEK 4: MELBOURNE RISING V PERTH SPIRIT
The Perth Spirit is in Melbourne ahead of their Round Four Buildcorp National Rugby Championship (NRS) clash with the Melbourne Rising tonight at AAMI Park.
The match will be televised live on Fox Sports 2 and 2HD.
Scrumhalf Justin Turner is the only change to the Spirit backline and will be covered by Michael Ruru on the bench – who is set to make his Buildcorp NRC debut.
It will be an all-new front-row combination for the Spirit with Joe Savage, Harry Scoble and Chris Heiberg making their run-on debuts for the WA side, along with openside flanker Richard Hardwick. Hard-hitter Brynard Stander will start on the opposite flank and Rory Walton comes into the second-row and will captain the side.
The Rising have made two changes to their side with outside back, Joe Kamana, named for his first start and Pat Leafa returning to the run-on side at hooker. Tom English and Tom Sexton drop to the bench.
