Jacques du Plessis and Flip van der Merwe will be taking up contracts in France at the end of the domestic 2015 season.
The Bulls confirmed that their efforts to keep the duo in Pretoria were unsuccessful and thanked the players for being open regarding offers from the Northern hemisphere.
