Canterbury Women’s team to play Taranaki
Canterbury Women’s Head Coach John Sherratt has named his team to play Taranaki on Saturday. It includes three changes to the starting fifteen that lost to Auckland last week.
The forward pack remains the same, with prop Stephanie Te Ohaere-Fox again captaining the side. In the backline, Jerusha Whiley has come into second five and Amiria Rule has moved to fullback. Olivia Bird has also switched from fullback to the wing this week.
Number eight, Whitney Hansen, comes onto the bench as the only member of the 22 that was not involved against Auckland.
The Canterbury team will travel to Taranaki today and kick-off is at 12:30pm Saturday.
