Cell C Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens Activities
• The Cell C Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens is round three of the HSBC Sevens World Series which consists of 9 tournaments worldwide
• South Africa are one of 16 countries participating in this international showpiece
• The iconic Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium will host the event for a second time after George was home to this hugely popular tournament for a period of 10 years
• The teams arrive via Johannesburg late on Sunday evening at the Port Elizabeth International Airport. The estimated arrival time of the first batch of teams is at 9pm
• The tournament kicks off on Saturday, 8 December at 11am and the Cup Final is on Sunday evening, 9 December at 7.30pm
• The trophy presentation is scheduled for 8pm on Sunday, 9 December
• The draw for the Cell C Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens will be done on Saturday, 1 December in Dubai
• All 16 teams will stay at the Garden Court Kings Beach Hotel
