Toyota Cheetahs vs DHL Stormers

The Toyota Cheetah team to take on the DHL Stormers Saturday, 30 May at 17:05 at the Newlands in Cape Town has been announced.

Changes to the team:

· Tienie Burger and Joe Pietersen have been declared fit and are back in the starting line-up, replacing Carel Greeff and Francois Brummer.

· Sergeal Petersen replaces Cornal Hendricks on right wing.

· Sarel Pretorius will be replacing Shaun Venter on the bench.

Previous encounters

This will be the 15th Vodacom SupeRugby encounter between the Toyota Cheetahs and the Stormers from Cape Town since 18 March 2006. The Stormers are leading with nine wins to the five wins of the Toyota Cheetahs.

It will also be the eight time the teams meet at the Newlands Stadium in Cape Town since the first Newlands encounter on 18 March 2006 which the Toyota Cheetahs have won 31-25, the Bloemfontein based side’s only success thus far in Cape Town.
