Emirates Lions team announced
Lourens Erasmus will get his first start in this years’ Vodacom Super Rugby tournament after making his debut against the Cheetahs earlier in the season when he runs on at lock against the Jaguares at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday 21 May at 15:00.
Erasmus went on in the Lions’ first home game of the season in the 62nd minute of that match.
This is one of six changes to the side that beat the Blues at Emirates Airline Park last weekend.
Corné Fourie and Armand van der Merwe starts in the front row, Cyle Brink dons the number seven jersey and among the backs Faf de Klerk will run-on as will Howard Mnisi.
The schools game between Hoërskool President and Alberton High School has been moved to 17:30.
