Emirates Lions team for Hurricanes clash
Emirates Lions vs Hurricanes – 30 April 2016 @ 17:05
Pieter Scholtz has been drafted into the Emirates Lions starting line-up for the Vodacom Super Rugby match against the Hurricanes at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday 30 April 2016 at 17:05.
This follows the injury to Ruan Dreyer in the match against the Southern Kings the past weekend. Dreyer has undergone surgery and will be sidelined for approximately six months.
Malcolm Marx did not make a late fitness test and thus Armand van der Merwe will start at hooker with Ramone Samuels coming onto the bench.
Scholtz has been in action for the Xerox Golden Lions XV in the Currie Cup Qualifying Round.
Kempton Park Hoërskool and Transvalia will play in the curtain raiser at 14:30.
