Western Province Rugby presents this very exciting Rugby Programme for boys
and girls between the ages of 5-12 to attend a 1 hour per week (9 months) of fun-filled, skills focussed and an exciting W.P. rugby experience that is packed with fantastic benefits that will keep your kids developing their skills and love for this great game and team.

We are trying to get the boys learning the basic principals of rugby at an early age in a fun environment but with very detailed age specific goals and outcomes as far as skills and rugby concepts are concerned. Another big thing is building the brand of WP. Getting the boys to feel like they are part of a family, to help achive this we give the boys free tickets to Rugby matches at Newlands, they walked around the field on sat before the game, as well as taking the boys to the High Performance centre to see the Stormers/WP Training and then afterwards getting a chance to meet the players and get signatures.
WP Kids also helps in the development of rugby in previously disadvantages communities, we do free weekly sessions in Langa, Kayalitsha and Gugulethu for over 300 boys.
