Kearsney College ready for Easter Rugby Festival
The Blythedale Coastal Resorts Schools’ Easter Rugby Festival hosted by Kearsney College will be held from 1 until 5 April. Some of South Africa’s top rugby schools will attend this year’s festival.
Grey College from Bloemfontein, Monument from Krugerdorp, Glenwood, Selborne College and EG Jansen will be in action at this year’s tournament. Grey College will lock horns against EG Jansen, Kearsney College and Monument at the tournament.
The hosts will face Blythedale/eLan invitational XV, Grey College and EG Jansen during the tournament. On the first day the main match is between Monument and Glenwood. This match between the two powerhouses of the Lions and KwaZulu-Natal are sure to produce some fireworks.
On the second day the match between Monument and Upington HS will be interesting to watch. The team from the Northern Cape played well during last year’s Easter Festival at Kearsney College, but Monnas could prove too strong team for them.
