Kick-off of MTN Lions v Southern Kings clash confirmed as 17h00 on Saturday
On behalf of the Golden Lions Rugby Union management, staff and players, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of the various fixture changes for the MTN Lions versus Kings match this weekend.
The original plan was to play at 14h00 on Saturday, if the Super Rugby final was to be played in South Africa. If not, the game was scheduled to take place at 17h00.
After negotiations with broadcaster Supersport were concluded on Sunday, the match was then scheduled to be played at 15h00 .
However, this time had to be changed, late on Monday evening, as the 15h00 kick-off no longer suited all parties.
The match will now kick-off at 17h00.
Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused and can guarantee that this is the final fixture change that will be made.
