Kick-off times, match officials confirmed for Absa Currie Cup playoffs
The South African Rugby Union (SARU) on Monday confirmed the kick-off times and match officials for the Absa Currie Cup Premier Division Semi-finals and the various junior competition playoff fixtures.
The Vodacom Blue Bulls host DHL Western Province on Friday in the first Premier Division Semi-final at Loftus Versfeld at 19h00. On Saturday, the Xerox Golden Lions host the Toyota Free State Cheetahs in the second playoff match at Emirates Airline Park in Johannesburg at 13h45.
Referee Marius van der Westhuizen will take charge of the Pretoria encounter, while Jaco van Heerden will referee the Johannesburg match. Both Absa Currie Cup Semi-finals will be televised live on SuperSport 1.
The two Absa Under-19 A-Division Semi-finals will be played on Friday, while the Absa Under-21 A-Division Semi-finals will be contested on Saturday.
