Kobus Marais & Daniel Kriel bolster Under-19 ranks
The Vodacom Blue Bulls Under-19 team welcomes back fit-again Daniel Kriel to the midfield and points machine Kobus Marais at flyhalf ahead of their Under-19 Absa Provincial Championship match against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs at Loftus Versfeld on Friday. These two changes are the most significant, but coach Paul Anthony also made changes to his back three, loose trio and lock pairing as his team look to remain the only undefeated team in the competition.Kriel comes in for Leighton van Wyk, who moves to the bench and Marais comes back from Under-21 duty, with JP Smith moving back to his regular scrumhalf berth.Regular no8 Corne Cooper is rested, giving Carel Swart a start and at lock Nico Janse van Rensburg gets a break as well. This gives Jean Droste a starting berth, with Bobby de Wee coming in on the bench.
