The Munster squad return to training tomorrow ahead of the Guinness PRO14 clash in Zebre on Sunday, November 26.

Incoming Head Coach Johann van Graan takes the reins next week ahead of the Zebre match and his first home game in charge sees the Ospreys visit Irish Independent Park on Saturday, December 2 (5.30pm).

Seven Munster players featured for Ireland in the record win over South Africa on Saturday with Andrew Conway scoring his first international try as Darren Sweetnam made his Ireland debut. Peter O’Mahony, CJ Stander, Conor Murray and Conway all started the clash with John Ryan, Dave Kilcoyne and Sweetnam featuring off the bench.

Ryan presented with a calf injury following the 38-3 victory and will rehab in Munster this week.

Keith Earls (hamstring) and Tommy O’Donnell (shoulder) missed out on the clash after picking up injuries in training. Earls has began rehab with Munster following a hamstring tear and O’Donnell is progressing well having sprained his AC joint.

James Cronin and Brian Scott both started Barbarians’ win over Tonga in Thomond Park on Friday night. Cronin was replaced after 10 minutes due to a calf muscle tear and has started his rehab programme.

Jack O’Donoghue is progressing well having sustained a minor ankle injury in Munster’s last outing against Dragons.

Along with the international involvement at the weekend, three senior players were in All Ireland League action for their clubs.

Stephen Fitzgerald and Ciaran Parker both started for high-flying Shannon as their perfect start to the season ended with a 21-18 loss in Naas.

Centre Sam Arnold, who scored his first two tries for Munster against Dragons last time out, helped Garryowen to a 6-3 victory over Young Munster.

Continuing to rehab: Gerbrandt Grobler (ankle), Conor Oliver (shoulder), Dan Goggin (knee), Ronan O’Mahony (fibula), Dave O’Callaghan (knee), Jaco Taute (knee), Niall Scannell (thumb).
