The Steval Pumas players have a week left of sun bathing, angling and just relaxing at the pool before their pre-season kicks off on 3 November.

Team manager, Marius van Rensburg has confirmed the following new contracted players at the Steval Puma group for the 2015 season:

Marnus Schoeman (flank – GWK Griquas)

Hoffman Maritz (full back – Leopards)

Jannie Stander (lock – Lions u/21)
Simon Westraad (hooker – GWK Griquas)
Shaun O’Brian (flank – WP)

They are still negotiating with:
Shaun Adendorff (loose forward – Blitzbokke)
Neil Rautenbach (hooker – WP)

Lost players:
JW Jonker – Toyota FS Cheetahs
Coenie van Wyk – Toyota FS Cheetahs
Stephan Kotzé – GWK Griquas

Contracts that has not been renewed:
Dylon Frylinck’s Currie Cup contract
Ashwin Scott
Deon Scholtz
RW Kember
