PUMA RETAIL STORE COMES ALIVE WITH VODACOM BULLS’ VISIT
The Blue Bulls Company (BBC) partnered with its sponsors Puma to take the brand to the fans, by surprising Atterbury Value Mart shoppers with a special visit by a group of Vodacom Bulls players, Bulletjie and the Vodacom Bulls Babes. Dewald Potgieter, Jacques Potgieter, Akona Ndungane, Francois Hougaard, Jano Vermaak and JJ Engelbrecht were welcomed to the Centre by scores of adoring fans, who took advantage of the Vodacom Bulls’ visit by getting autographs and taking photos with their heroes. The Puma Retail Store was a hive of activity with Bulletjie in fine form entertaining the youngsters and shoppers alike while the Vodacom Bulls Babes were a big hit particularly after showing off some of their impressive dance moves. The one-hour store visit was well received and work exceptionally well for the Bulls brand and Puma. “There are many synergies and similarities between our brands and that is perhaps the biggest attribute of the successful relationship between the Vodacom Bulls and Puma. Besides just meeting these high profile players, our customers were also captivated by Bulletjie and the Vodacom Bulls Babes,” said Marcel du Preez. The BBC confirmed that the next PUMA Retail Outlet visit would be at the Braamfontein branch on 4 July. |
