Houston to debut in final Rugby Championship clash

Qantas Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has finalised his bench ahead of The Rugby Championship Test against Argentina at Twickenham Stadium in London on Sunday morning (5.30am AEDT kick-off).

Queensland Reds recruit Leroy Houston is set for his debut off the bench with Cheika electing for a 6-2 split of forwards and backs.

Houston is in line to become the 901st Wallaby and 11th debutant of 2016, should he take the field against the 7th ranked Pumas at Twickenham.

The 29-year old is currently plying his trade for English Premiership side Bath, after the Queensland Reds allowed him to join on a medical loan.

His debut is set to come 11 years after his first international call-up, when he was named in the Wallabies squad for the 2005 Spring Tour by then-coach Eddie Jones.

Wallaby 900 Sefa Naivalu has been omitted from the extended bench named yesterday with prop Tom Robertson switching to loosehead at the expense of veteran James Slipper.

The Test between the Qantas Wallabies and Argentina will be screened LIVE in High Definition and ad-break free on FOX SPORTS 502 from 5.00am AEDT and LIVE on Ten from 5.20am AEDT for QLD, NSW and ACT viewers (on ONE in other Australian States and Territories). Fans can also LIVE stream the match on Foxtel GO (for Foxtel subscribers) and on TenPlay.
