Six changes for Azzurri clash in Brisbane

Qantas Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has made six changes to his starting fifteen to face Italy at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Wallabies Captain Stephen Moore returns to the starting side in a new-look forward pack, with Brumbies pair Scott Sio and Rory Arnold joined by Lopeti Timani at number 8 to make up four total changes up-front.

Queensland favorite Moore will become the 10th most capped International player when he runs out onto his home ground in Brisbane, surpassing Italian Martin Castrogiovanni and Englishman Jason Leonard to make his 120th Test appearance.

In the backs, Melbourne flyer Sefa Naivalu gets the chance to add to his six Tests, while veteran Rob Horne returns to the Wallabies starting lineup for the first time in almost exactly 12 months, after the last running on for the final Test against England on June 25 last year.

The Wallabies are yet to lose to Italy in their 16 previous meetings, with their last clash in Brisbane back in 1994 when the Aussies prevailed 23-20 at Ballymore.

The final “Arvo” Test kicks off at the family-friendly time of 3 pm AEST, with the hugely popular Take To The Turf to follow after full-time, allowing fans onto the playing surface at the iconic Suncorp Stadium.

The third June International for 2017 will be screened LIVE in High Definition and ad-break free during play on FOX SPORTS 501 from 2.30pm AEST and will be available to stream via Foxtel Go (for Foxtel subscribers).

The match will also be screened LIVE in High Definition on TEN and WIN Network and on tenplay.com.au from 2.30pm AEST in all markets.
