Two Affies teachers started a project at a nearby primary school in Sunnyside, Oost-Eind Primary School.
The project is called “Ruggas-vir-Almal”.  Basically some senior boys, some of them first team players, go to the school on a Friday afternoon and teach the boys basic skills.
As with everything in life, they found that it is more blessed to give than receive.  They thoroughly enjoyed it and made a difference in the lives of these kids.
First team flanker, Gavin Foster, having
some fun with one of the youngsters.
This group leader, Francois Meiring, told these boys to pose like rugby players – hence the “mean” expressions.
