SA Rugby seeking fan engagement partner
SA Rugby is looking for a partner in its drive to become a more fan-centric sport. The organisation on Monday invited companies with relevant experience to answer a request for proposals (RFP).
The team behind the Springboks wants to enhance the way it engages with the game’s followers and bring new fans to the sport.
SA Rugby already engages with supporters through a wide range of established and well-supported digital channels such as Twitter, Facebook, its website, Instagram and number of other online assets.
However, an imaginative and creative partner is being sought to aggregate the community and deliver a next-level service to fans of South African rugby.
SA Rugby aims to increase the size of its fan community with the project as well as offer value-added services to supporters and opportunities for its commercial partners as well as increase attendance and improve the match-day experience.
Companies interested can find full details on the SA Rugby website at www.sarugby.co.za or by contacting media coordinator Lindiwe Nkosi on lindiwen@sarugby.co.za.
