Snyman, Agaba, Bholi to boost Vodacom Blue Bulls in Kimberley
Tim Agaba, Thembelani Bholi and Eli Snyman will add considerable boost to the Vodacom Blue Bulls pack when they take on Tafel Lager Griquas at Tafel Lager Park in Kimberley on Saturday for a Round Four clash in the SuperSport Rugby Challenge.
Agaba and Snyman are fit again following injury, while Bholi will be smarting for missing out on the final Vodacom Bulls group that travelled to Australasia last weekend.
The three do not only have Vodacom Super Rugby experience, but real capability and coach Nollis Marais is pleased to have some serious weaponry for this trip to the log leaders in th eNorth Section of the SSRC.
The coach said they will need all 10 players in the squad that have played at Super Rugby level to show why come Saturday.
“The guys down in Kimberley mean business and have played really well so far in the competition. They have a solid squad and have scored 22 tries and conceded only seven – the best in each of those categories. We are not far off though (20 tries scored, 9 conceded), so I expect this to be a huge game,” Marais said.
“We have a number of changes in the squad that played last weekend, but we trained well as a unit and I think we will arrive in Kimberley with enough confidence and momentum to be competitive.”
