ST JOHN’S COLLEGE, IN ASSOCIATION WITH STANDARD BANK, WILL BE HOSTING TWELVE TOP SCHOOLBOY RUGBY SIDES AT OUR 17TH EASTER RUGBY FESTIVAL WHERE SIX GAMES WILL BE CONTESTED OVER THREE DAYS OF PLAY.

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ST JOHN’S COLLEGE FESTIVAL ARE:

To promote the growth and development of school rugby, in the widest context, through St John’s College
To foster good fellowship amongst participants who come from a variety of backgrounds
To provide an opportunity for boys from St John’s College and from other schools to play against and socialize with sides they might not otherwise meet
To foster an exciting rugby spectacle and social occasion that will increase the popularity of rugby amongst schoolboys and supporters of schoolboy rugby

Entrance tickets:

R30 per person
Pupils in school uniform: Free entry
Children under the age of 5 years: Free entry
Please note that we have reciprocity with King Edward VII School

Festival traffic and parking information:

Please note that St Patrick Road will become a one-way, with traffic flowing from West to East
If traveling along St Patrick Road, parking will be available on ‘D’ Rugby Field
If traveling up Munro Drive, parking will be available on Rice Field, off St David Road
