Toyota Cheetahs vs Blues
The Toyota Cheetahs arrived in New Zealand on Sunday and will be taking on the Blues at Eden Park in Wellington on Friday, morning at 09:35 (SA Time) in their first Vodacom Super Rugby match of the tour. Coach Franco Smith has announced his team for the encounter.
Changes to the team from last week:
- Charles Marais and Ox Nche swap places, with Marais starting as loosehead prop and Nche providing cover on the bench.
- Paul Schoeman has been side-lined due to an injury. Niell Jordaan will be wearing the number six jersey.
- Clinton Swart new to the bench.
The match official is Brendon Pickerill (New Zealand). He will be assisted by Glen Jackson (New Zealand), Angus Mabey (New Zealand). Television match official is Aaron Paterson (New Zealand).
