Team announcement : Toyota Cheetahs vs Kings
Oupa Mohoje back in starting line-up
The Toyota Cheetahs are ready to face the Kings in their last Vodacom Super Rugby match for 2017 in Port Elizabeth on Friday evening at 19:00.
Changes to the team:
- Carl Wegner will be replacing Armand Koster on lock. Koster will be providing cover on the bench.
- Uzair Cassiem moves to left flank while Oupa Mohoje is back in the starting line-up at right flank. Henco Venter received a red card against the Stormers and was suspended.
- Fred Zeilinga will be starting on flyhalf with Niel Marais on the bench.
- William Small-Smith will be starting on right wing, replacing the injured Sergeal Petersen (hamstring).
- Junior Pokomela is new on the bench.
“For us it was about pride from day one and nothing has changed. We’ve treated every game as if it was the most important of the season” said coach Franco Smith.
