Team Announcement: Toyota Free State Cheetahs vs DHL Western Province
The Toyota Free State Cheetahs will be taking on Western Province on Sunday, 30 July in a Currie Cup match Toyota Stadium, Bloemfontein. The game kicks off at 14:30 and gates open at 13:00.
Coach Rory Duncan has announced his team for the encounter.
Changes to the team:
- Tom Botha will be replacing Aranos Coetzee in the starting line-up. Ox Nche will be providing cover on the bench.
- Justin Basson will be replacing Carl Wegner.
- Shuffle in the loose trio: Niell Jordaan moves to no. 8 while Uzair Cassiem moves to left flank and Oupa Mohoje is back in the starting line-up on right flank. Henco Venter will be providing cover on the bench.
- Makazole Mapimpi will be making is Currie Cup debut for the Toyota Free State Cheetahs on left wing, replacing Raymond Rhule.
- Ryno Benjamin will be replacing JW Jonker on the bench
- Malcolm Jaer will be replacing Cecil Africa on the bench and be making his Toyota Free State Cheetah Currie Cup debut when he sets foot to field.
The referee for the game is AJ Jacobs. He will be assisted by Jaco Kotze and Colby Griffin. The TMO is JJ Wagner.
The Toyota Cheetahs invites supporters to enjoy a fun-filled day at Toyota Stadium with a new braai facility with Sparta at the Castle Deck area and the enlarged family friendly alcohol-free area.
Ticket prices: Main Stand – R70 for adults and R30 for kids. Open Stand – R50 for adults and only R10 for kids and students.
