Change to Toyota Cheetah team for Saturday’s match – Tienie Burger was withdrawn due to an injury. He will be replaced by Oupa Mohoje.

Toyota Cheetahs vs Cell C Sharks

The Toyota Cheetahs will be taking on the Sharks on Saturday, 14 March at 15:00 on their home ground, the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein. Gates open at 15:00.

Everyone is welcome at the Sparta Braai Area – come and buy a steak and braai it yourself. Dewald Wasserfal will provide entertainment on the Castle Deck after the match.

Ticket prices:

R80 – Main Stand, R60 – Open Stand (adults) and R20 for students and kids. Tickets can be purchased online at www.fscheetahs.co.za or at the Ticket office at Gate 8 (Att Horak Avenue) at the Free State Stadium

Previous encounters:

This will be the 15th Super Rugby encouter between the two teams since 2006. The Sharks are leading with eight wins to the six of the Toyota Cheetahs. It will also be the seventh time the teams meet at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein since the first Bloemfontein encounter in 2007. Out of the six pervious matches, the Toyota Cheetahs won two and the Sharks four.

In 2014 the two teams took turns to win their home games: the Sharks in Durban with 19-8 and the Toyota Cheetahs with 27-20 in Bloemfontein, however the Toyota Cheetahs turn the tables in 2015 winning their away match on 14 February 35-29.
