Toyota Free State Cheetahs face Vodacom Blue Bulls
The Toyota Free State Cheetahs will be taking on the Vodacom Blue Bulls on Friday, 6 October at 18:00 in Toyota Stadium, Bloemfontein. Gates open at 16:00.
Holiday special for supporters for Friday, 6 October – tickets on the open stand only costs R20. Students and kids can collect a free ticket from the ticket office.
Milestones:
- Clayton Blommetjies will be playing in his 50th Currie Cup match of his career. Blommetjies played in 14 Currie Cup matches for the Blue Bulls. Friday will be his 36th cap for the Toyota Free State Cheetahs.
- JW Jonker will be running onto the field for his 100th Curie Cup match of his career. He made his debut for the Free State Cheetahs in 2006 and played 53 Currie Cup matches. He also represented the Griffons, Pumas and Griquas in Currie Cup.
The referee for the match is Jaco van Heerden. He will be assisted by Ben Crouse and Darren Colby. The TMO is Lourens van der Merwe.
