FNB UFH vs FNB TUT at Davidson Rugby Stadium, 18h30
The men from Alice are yet to find the answers after three straight losses in their Varsity Shield campaign. What had initially seemed like week of gloom has sadly lived up to its name for the men from Alice. The need to win matches seems a real challenge as they are set for one more fixture in the first leg of the tournament. They find themselves sitting bottom of the log, with no points and one wonders if and when the drought will end. The team has one last hope on Monday as they face FNB TUT in Alice. It will be a last attempt for them to build some momentum leading into the second leg of the tournament.

The FNB TUT Vikings have worked hard on their errors and have proved that in their past two home matches, earning the support of their students and staff. The institution is positive and believes that it won’t be long until their first victory. The FNB TUT stadium was vibrant, as the FNB Vikings walked off with their heads held high and the supporters appreciated what was one of the best performances they have seen in a while. The side faced FNB UKZN, on Thursday 18 February, and put up an outstanding performance, which ignited the supporters and put an emphasis on the importance of home support. Despite their loss in the end, the FNB Vikings showed that they have what it takes to turn things around in their campaign.
