Vodacom Bulls XV tackle vaccination jabs
Fifteen Vodacom Bulls players received their Covid-19 vaccination jabs at the Centurion Council Chambers Vaccination site on Tuesday.
The Vodacom Bulls, who fully back the City of Tshwane’s vaccination drive, were joined by MMC for Health, Sakkie du Plooy, as they received their shots on Tuesday afternoon.
“It is important that we are at the forefront of the ongoing vaccination drive; particularly in our city of Tshwane,” Vodacom Bulls CEO, Edgar Rathbone said.
“Our players, management and staff are intent on illustrating the importance of these vaccinations by leading from the front and encouraging our fans and fellow citizens to do the same. We do hope that many others will follow in the footsteps of these players who received their jabs at the Centurion Chambers Vaccination site.
“We also commend the SA government, and the City of Tshwane, led by MMC for Health, Sakkie du Plooy, for the sterling work they are doing in fighting this Covid-19 pandemic and ensuring that safety measure are put in place in the effort to eliminate this virus.”
